As a goal development of AVANE Industrial, the management would like to express formally with this statement, quality policy established for our company. The activity of Avane, wholesale distribution of articles and advertising claim promotional gift,Brand clients choice, all into a dynamic and globalized environment in which as excellent services and management is required for competitiveness, survival and progress.
1) Our professional and personalized attention to the suggestions, complaints and concerns of clients will allow us to anticipate and respond to their ongoing needs and expectations.
2) 24 hrs online after services, to analyze the degree of customer satisfaction to incorporate the best timely improvements.
3) Commit ourselves to meet the requirements of our legal and regulatory activity, as well as respect agreements with our customers.
4) Giving the organization the resources necessary to accomplish the goal of continuous improvement.
5) All of our products doing inspection one by one in 3 times.
6) We support SGS inspection before shipping.
QUALITY CONTROL PROCESS
1) Our IQC charge material inspection before in warehouse.
2) As the production plan, our production department makes 5 samples before mass production send it to our QA inspector, they will checking and test quality by BOM list and the order request. such as drop test (For USA market we drop on USA standard floor, for Europe order, we test in Europe floor), Tensile test and transportation test. if found any questions will report to our quality engineer to analysis and find solution.
3) We send IPQC to check all of materials in production line before assembling, and end of line, we have QC to test function and check surface of products 100%.
4) We have OQC to check one by one before packing.
5) Our QA inspector doing inspection everyday for packaged goods according to international AQL standard (Major 1.0, Minor 2.5)
6) Then we will send goods to warehouse once the quality reach at the quality standard, waiting for SGS inspection before loading.
7) If the quality can not reach at the standard, our production department will rework.
8) Our OQC record all of the problems for defective products, our engineer analysis it and update the artwork.
