RETURN POLICY

For warranty claims, the clients will need to keep the defective product(s) , we will send QC to testing and evaluation. Once a replacement has been approved, we will send you new goods within 3-7 days.
We provide you 0.5% spare parts in shipment for the guarantees.

WHAT DOES THE WARRANTY COVER?

Avane extends a limited one-year warranty to the original purchaser against product manufacturing and performance defects when the product is used for the purpose intended under normal conditions. only to the original purchaser against manufacturing defects for the lifetime of the product when the product is used for the purpose intended and under normal conditions. This warranty does not apply to damages incurred as a result of wear and tear caused by normal use over time, the natural breakdown of colors and materials over extended time and use, accidental damage, unreasonable use, improper care, modifications or alterations to the product or negligence in care or use of the product. “Lifetime” is defined as the expected and typical life of the product, and specifically not the lifetime of the original purchaser or user. This warranty is non-transferable and only applies to the original purchaser of the product, and only to products purchased and used in the United States of America. Removal or defacing of brand labels voids the warranty. Avane shall not be liable for any incidental, reliance, or consequential damages or breach of implied Warranty on its products, including any damage to person or property, whenever the law allows.
